An expedition to the end of the world, crossing some of the most impressive landscapes in South America. This is not just a motorcycle trip to Ushuaia. It is a major crossing through Argentine and Chilean Patagonia, connecting legendary roads, remote regions, and landscapes that hardly fit into a photograph. Throughout the route, we will cross the Argentine pampas, face the characteristic southern winds, reach the mythical End of the World sign, and follow paths formed by mountains, lakes, glaciers, forests, and gravel roads. The journey also includes one of the great dreams of every adventure motorcyclist: riding the Carretera Austral in Chile. A road surrounded by untouched nature, isolated villages, and landscapes that change at every turn. Each day will offer a different experience. Long straights, border crossings, ferries, challenging sections, and places where you feel very far from everything. But the great value of this expedition will not just be in the destination. It will be in the stories lived along the way, in overcoming each stage, in the friendship built during the trip, and in the unique feeling of crossing the southern tip of the continent on two wheels. With over 10 years of experience in international expeditions, Adventure Dream prepares every detail so you live an intense, organized, safe, and truly memorable journey. For those who don't just want to visit Ushuaia. For those who want to cross Patagonia and live one of the greatest adventures of their lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is included?
Hotels with breakfast every night, Marcelo and the support vehicle with the group from start to finish, daily briefing and route planning, fueling support, assistance at borders and in trip preparation, photos and videos taken by the team, reception and closing dinners, SOAPEX insurance and Carta Verde, and the official kit with two t-shirts, cap, stickers, thermal bottle, printed itinerary, and travel bag. Fuel, meals other than breakfast and the two dinners, entrance fees to national parks, ferries such as the Strait of Magellan, Beagle Channel navigation, travel insurance, motorcycle maintenance, and personal expenses are not included.
What is the group size?
A maximum of ten motorcycles, and departure is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of six. A small group allows us to maintain the pace, hotel logistics, and border support functioning throughout the 23 days on the road.
Can I bring a passenger?
Yes. The couple's price covers two people on one motorcycle in a double room: R$ 34.000 in the 1st lot. It is a 23-day trip, so rest matters: there is one free day in Ushuaia and another in El Calafate. The support vehicle carries one small suitcase per motorcycle for the heaviest luggage.
What motorcycle and experience do I need?
Big trail and experience in long-distance travel. There are many consecutive days of road, strong winds, and over 300 km of gravel (ripio), so the expedition is better suited for those who already have some off-road experience.
Is there gravel (ripio)?
Yes, over 300 km along the route. Therefore, the expedition is recommended for those who already have some experience on dirt roads.
How many km do we ride per day?
It is 23 days, 21 on the road and 2 free days, one in Ushuaia and another in El Calafate, with an average of about 561 km per day. The first few days, until Patagonia, are highway transit, so they are longer.
Where do we pass through?
São Borja, Luján, Bahía Blanca, Puerto Madryn, Comodoro Rivadavia, Río Gallegos, Ushuaia (2 nights), Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales, El Calafate (2 nights), El Chaltén, Perito Moreno, Coyhaique, Esquel, Villa la Angostura, Neuquén, Santa Rosa, Luján, Uruguaiana, and Passo Fundo. Includes Torres del Paine, the Carretera Austral via the Chile Chico crossing and General Carrera Lake, and the Route of the Seven Lakes.
Is the second day in El Calafate free?
It is free. Those who wish can go to the Perito Moreno Glacier by motorcycle or van, and those who prefer can rest.
Does it get very cold?
Moderate cold. Even though it is spring and early summer, in the far south, lows usually stay between 1 and 3 degrees and highs near 10 degrees, and in El Calafate, it usually stays between 3 and 14 degrees. With the wind and motorcycle speed, the wind chill is colder. Bring a thermal liner, winter gloves, and a rain suit.
What is the wind like?
Strong and constant, from the side, especially in the afternoon. Therefore, the group leaves early. Fuel consumption increases against the wind, and the support vehicle helps on long stretches without gas stations.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, it is mandatory and at each participant's expense. Check if the policy covers motorcycle riding accidents with medical removal. Carta Verde and SOAPEX, the mandatory vehicle insurances for Argentina and Chile, are already included.
What documents do I need?
Class A driver's license, physical ID issued less than 10 years ago or passport, printed motorcycle documents and, if the motorcycle is financed or belongs to another person, a notarized authorization. The trip crosses the Argentina-Chile border several times, so keep everything printed and at hand.
Where do we sleep?
In hotels with breakfast in each city on the route. Marcelo will confirm the names of the hotels directly with you.
I am going alone. Who do I share a room with?
You choose between a shared room with another solo rider at R$ 26.000, or a single room at R$ 29.000. If you choose the shared option and no roommate is found, Adventure Dream pays the single room difference.
How does payment work?
A 10% deposit upon signing the contract. The balance can be paid in interest-free installments until the travel date via PIX, bank slip, or credit card. If you prefer to split it on a credit card, you can do it in up to 12x with operator fees, just speak with the team. Paying in full via PIX gives a 5% discount. The 1st lot is valid until 03/31/2027.
What if the bike breaks down?
The support car and Marcelo are with the group the whole time. The car carries basic items for quick repairs, including tire repair. You should bring tools specific to your bike. We resolve any unforeseen events together.
What if I need to cancel?
In the first 7 days after signing, you can cancel and receive everything back without a penalty. This is the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Defense Code for remote contracts. After 7 days, the contract table applies: up to 90 days before the trip you receive 70% of what was paid, from 89 to 60 days 50%, from 59 to 30 days 30%, and less than 30 days there is no refund. If you prefer credit for another expedition instead of cash, the percentage is better: 85% up to 90 days, 70% from 89 to 60 days, and 50% from 59 to 30 days, valid for 24 months. Less than 30 days before departure, there is no refund or credit because hotels, bikes, and reservations are already paid. You can also transfer your spot to someone else up to 30 days before departure, paying only the lot difference if applicable, provided they meet the license and experience prerequisites. The full table is in the contract, before any payment. It is worth purchasing trip cancellation insurance: it covers what the contract does not refund in case of illness, accident, or other reasons provided in the policy.
When do you confirm the trip will happen?
Departure is confirmed in writing by 08/15/2027, once we close the minimum of 6 motorcycles. If the group does not close by then, you choose between receiving 100% of what you paid back, with no discount, or applying the full amount to another Adventure Dream expedition. Therefore, do not incur travel costs to Florianópolis, extra lodging, or tickets before confirmation.
Xre 300
The XRE 300 is not the most suitable bike for this expedition. The route requires a big trail and experience in long-distance travel, as it is 23 days, 21 on the road, an average of 561 km per day, strong winds, and over 300 km of ripio, so the effort for the bike and rider is high. It can be done with enough personal effort and preparation, but the trip proposal was designed for big trails. In this expedition, you can rent a motorcycle in Florianópolis, subject to availability, with a BMW F 900 GS Adventure or BMW R 1300 GS.
Kawasaki Versys 300
The Versys 300 is not the recommended bike for this expedition because the route requires a big trail and experience in long-distance travel. Here we have 23 days, 21 on the road, strong winds, and over 300 km of ripio, so we are very honest about this for Ushuaia and Patagonia. In this expedition, there is optional rental available upon request, with BMW F 900 GS Adventure or BMW R 1300 GS.
